Catering and Events are opportunities for us to work more closely with our guests, occasions for us to share our dedication to celebration in exciting new ways.

tour & TASTING

The emphasis during the tour is to inform our visitors on the fine points of winemaking and tending of the vineyards with a special emphasis on the benefits of our eco-compatible growing methods. 

Guests will often taste wines in various stages of development, from young wines, to wines in the barrel and finally bottle aged wines, acquiring detailed knowledge directly from the winemaker. The winery tour includes light appetizers. Guests will also have the possibility to purchase our limited production wines, which are not available at retails. 

FOOD PAIRING

A special evening complete with sunset tour of the Bruzzo family property, vineyards and wine cellar.  After learning about our natural farming methods, with a special emphasis on the benefits of eco-compatible growing and winemaking, you will taste all of our wines paired with appropriate local meats, cheeses and grilled vegetables.

Ca' Bruzzo FULL-IMMERSION Wine Tastings

The Ca’ Bruzzo Family Vineyards offers you the ideal location for your special event, and includes our Full-Immersion Wine tasting/ Food pairings, which include a walk through the vineyard with the winemaker, who explains the eco-compatible farming techniques, trimming styles, geological traits of the soil, historical context of winemaking in the Colli Berici, which date back over 4000 years, at least to the bronze age.

Wine sommelier tasting methods are then divulged, and wines are often tasted through various stages of their development, from young wines, to aging wines directly from the oak barrique, where the barrel aging philosophies implemented at the winery are discussed in detail. And finally on to the mature and Riserva wines from the bottle, perfectly paired with local delicacies.

The Ca’ Bruzzo Full Immersion Tastings add a real cultural cornerstone to any gathering, and serves as a catalyzer for rich conversation, creating beautiful and lasting memories with friends and family, in the heart of Italy.
